AI Infrastructure programme

Artificial intelligence runs in buildings. Training and inference need power, cooling and floor space long before they need anything else, and that infrastructure behaves like real estate with a technology tenant: a long lease, an operator who has to keep paying to keep running, and a building that is expensive to replace.

This programme is how Slice Financial structures and tokenizes that infrastructure. Each site sits in its own SPV. The SPV holds the asset and the lease; the lease produces rent; the rent, less costs and fees, is distributed to the holders of that site’s tokens on the schedule set out in its dossier.

What determines the income is the lease and the tenant, not the technology cycle. A site with a long lease to a creditworthy operator produces a different income profile from one let short to a start-up, and the dossier for each site sets out which it is, who the tenant is, how long the term runs and what happens if they stop paying.
