Children’s Privacy The Slice Financial website and Services are not intended for children under the age of 18 and Slice Financial does not knowingly collect any information from children under 18 years old through its website. If the parent or guardian of a child under 18 believes that the child has provided us with any information, the parent or guardian of that child should contact us if they want this information deleted from our files. If Slice Financial obtains knowledge from any source that it has information about a child under 18 in retrievable form in its files, we will delete that information from our existing files.
What Information does Slice Financial Collect and How is it Used?
Registration Information: When you register to create an account on our mobile app or web platform, subscribe to a newsletter, or contact us with a question or comment you may voluntarily provide us with certain information, such as your name, email address, phone number, or other contact information. We will use this information to administer your account and to respond to or fulfill any request or inquiry you may make.
Investment Information: If you apply to invest in fractional ownership of Real World Assets (RWAs) such as real estate, collectible cars, precious metals, or digital lending products, or if you purchase fractional shares (NFTs/tokens) using the Services, you will be required to provide certain information that Slice Financial will use to verify your identity and to complete and administer the transaction. This may include: legal name, date of birth, address, a copy of your government-issued ID, passport, national ID card, or driving license. We conduct KYC/AML verification via our partner, Sumsub. We may also collect information regarding your bank account details, cryptocurrency wallet addresses (for token distribution and dividend/yield payouts), credit history, or other financial information needed to administer your account and facilitate transactions using fiat or cryptocurrency.
Financing & Digital Lending Information: At this time, Slice Financial may provide opportunities for digital lending, crypto lending, and other financing options, or provide links to third-party providers. Slice Financial provides these links for your convenience and is not otherwise endorsing or affiliating with these third-party providers unless explicitly stated. Any information you provide to such third parties is subject to their respective privacy policies and terms of use.
Public Posting: You may also choose to post or upload additional information, such as videos, photos, or other content (“User Content”) to publicly available portions of the Services, such as forums or property reviews. User Content you post on a public forum or make publicly available will be available to other users of the Website and may be retrievable by third-party search engines.
Non-Personal Information: Like most website operators, Slice Financial collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request when visitors use the Services.

(iv) to enable users to enjoy and easily navigate the Services, including managing their NFT-backed investments and trading on secondary markets;

(vi) to conduct checks against databases and other information sources, including background or police checks for KYC/AML compliance;

(vii) to comply with regulatory frameworks globally, including SEC (USA), MiFID/MICA (Europe), and VARA/DLD (Dubai);

We process this personal information for these purposes given our legitimate interest in protecting the Slice Financial Services, to measure the adequate performance of our contract with you, and to comply with applicable laws.
With Whom Do We Share Your Information?
Personal Information: Slice Financial may share Personal Information with certain third parties such as our agents, service providers, corporate subsidiaries (including Slice Gmbh, Slice Management, and Slice REIT Holding Co.), and other representatives acting on our behalf. For example, we may share Personal Information with third parties to perform services on our behalf such as:

managing real estate properties and classic car collections;

storing physical assets in third-party insured custodial vaults located in jurisdictions like Vienna, Dubai, NJ, Florida, and Hong Kong;

administering Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs), such as Wyoming DAO LLCs, created for asset legal structuring;

processing payments, including crypto transactions or fiat dues;

conducting identity verification and KYC/AML checks via Sumsub; and

conducting other business activities as needed.
Other Ways We May Share your Personal Information: We may disclose non-personally identifiable aggregated information about our users without restriction. Other than to its employees, contractors, and affiliated organizations or as described above, we disclose personally-identifying information only when required to do so by law, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the property or rights of Slice Financial, third parties, or the public at large.
Security We are committed to protecting your Personal Information. We regularly test our facilities and use a variety of security technologies and procedures, including blockchain-based security and smart contracts for auditable asset management and ownership records, to help protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
We Do Not Sell Your Personal Information Slice Financial does not, to the best of our knowledge, sell or rent personal information that we have collected or retain about you to any other third-party for any purpose. Accordingly, we do not offer individuals the ability to “opt-out” of the selling or renting of personal information because we do not engage in those practices.
Our Data Retention Criteria The period during which we store your personal information varies depending on the purpose for the processing. We store personal information needed to provide you with products and services, or to facilitate transactions you have requested, for so long as you are a customer of Slice Financial.
